Who's behind 21xVentures

Bernardo started 21xVentures as a place to do AI-first work — building, advising, and writing — without committing too early to one shape. The bet: a small practice can be more useful by staying close to the work than by selling a fixed methodology.

He writes here in English and Portuguese, mostly when there's something specific worth saying.

§ 02 Areas of interest

What we're interested in

Applied AI where you can actually measure results. Production systems that need real evaluation, calls about what's worth automating and what isn't, the pipelines and data underneath, the product decisions that shift when a model enters the loop. No fixed specialty yet. The shape comes from the projects.

§ 03 How we work

A small core, with a wider bench

Small core, wider bench. On each project we bring in one or two partners who have lived the problem on the client's side. People who spent years in FP&A, equity research, pricing or engineering before working this way. They come in, do the work with us, go back to their day jobs.

Each project pairs someone with domain experience and someone who ships code to production. The team forms case by case, around the problem, and dissolves when the work is done.
